Waterford Lakefield 1.1

Waterford Hook Head 1.1 is the first release from the 2016 harvest at Lakefield farm, where farmer Seamus Duggan consistently produces barley of exceptional quality.

Made entirely from Irish 'Irina' malted barley which has been grown on the Duggan's Co. Laois farm, this whisky has been ages for over 3 years and 7 months in multiple cask types including first-fill, virgin US & French oak.

Waterford's Single Farm Origin series is a range of limited edition whiskies that explore Irish "teireoir" - using the barley from one farm at a time.

A rich texture with a long and gentle finish. Notes of baking bread, chocolate, warm custard, rhubarb & apple tart and clove, this whisky is complex and fruity.
