Pale yellow with golden highlights. Aromas of ripe white fruit such as apple and peach. Aniseed notes, fennel and rich patisserie flavours are present along with yeast and dry flower notes. Dried nuts. The wine is then aged on its lees for 5 years which adds to its complexity.
