TASTING NOTES

COLOUR = Amber gold.

NOSE = Banana, citrus fruit and plum, combines with raisin, fig and ginger bread.

TASTE = Spiced pear, caramelised orange and coffee, tempered by liquorice that then makes way to morello cherry, plum and treacle.

MATURATION = Matured for 22 years in American ex-bourbon casks, the perfect maturation partner for the tropical distillery character derived from the unique copper cooling ring distillation process.
