This Scottish Pale Ale has been made in collaboration with Dean Banks and his Haar restaurant team in St Andrews. This beer has been infused with Sea Buckthorn berries and Heather flowers to create an unique, juicy and interesting beer. This is a fresh, fruity beer with nice heather aroma and balanced sweetness and tartness. Dean decided to use Sea Buckthorn in this beer as he strongly promotes and always tries to use fresh, local Scottish produce in his restaurant. Only the highest quality and tastiest beer would do him for his restaurant and Reids Gold believe they have achieved that. This beer works well with light meals like salads, seafood dishes, spicy meals and is also a great session beer just to be enjoyed on its own.
