Cloak & Dagger, The Dagger Pinot Grigio (BIN END)

This is a real powerhouse Grigio, with presence and impact. Traditionally, Grigio is used for lighter wines, and Gris is used for richer wines, but this example could be either! It has a faint pink hue in the glass, and the aroma leads with ripe pear, sweet quince and some ginger. It is oily, spicy and complex!
