Colour: Dark gold.
Nose: Stewed sultana aromas with mixed spices and caramelised demerara sugar. Milk chocolate, seville orange and subtle ginger bread come to the fore.
Taste: smooth and sweet with baked apple followed by a touch of black pepper and fresh citrus . Toasted walnut and charred oak provide balance.
Finish: medium bodied finish with a lingering fruit finishing with fresh peppermint.
