Dalmore 2007 Vintage - Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Every November, The Dalmore whisky makers visit the distillery’s historic sandstone warehouses to explore the ageing casks. In the chill shadows, our casks are meticulously assessed and only a handful with distinguishing attributes are hand-selected from any one year.

The mature spirit from these casks are then masterfully married to create one harmonious vintage – a rare whisky that reveals the soul of that single year at The Dalmore.

Carefully crafted, finely balanced, and bringing together the very finest casks from one year, each limited release single malt will then take its rightful place in The Vintage Collection.

Tasting Notes

Aroma - Honey, fresh baked brioche and iced ginger cake.

Palate - Orange blossom honey, spices and mandarins.

Finish - Patisserie sugars, ginger snaps and cinnamon.
