Domaine de la Chapelle Pouilly Fuisse, 1er Cru

A blend of four parcels, some in Pouilly, the rest in Solutré, with markedly more extract and minerality than the Aux Boutieres. This is a Pouilly-Fuisse of impact and dynamic minerality, with deep savoury undertones below the citrus cream fruit. Impressive.
