Emiliana Coyam, DO Valle de Colchagua 2021 LIMITED EDITION

2021 is the 20th vintage of Coyam. In that time the wine has gone from an Organic unknown into one of Chile’s most recognisable wines. Always a selection from Emiliana’s Los Robles estate in Colchaghua, the blend reflects the 2 varieties which perform best there, Syah and Carmenere. Winemaking has evolved over the years, moving from 100% barrel aging to a more subtle mix of wood, concrete and concrete egg. The new ’21 vintage is a good as ever combing beautiful hedge row fruit with spices, and a lovely weight and balance.
