Fettercairn 16 Year Old - 3rd Release 2022 - Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The Fettercairn 16 series are batch releases of exceptional parcels of stock, and this 3^rd in the series continues with the theme of hidden treasures from the distillery, using hand picked casks by Stewart Walker our Distillery Manager and our Whisky making team.

Tasting notes:

COLOUR: Amber gold with sunrise flecks.

NOSE: Dried exotic fruits, lightly syruped figs, grapefruit and notes of mature oak.

TASTE: Sunkissed raisins, ripe guava, patisserie spices and cocoa qualities elaborated with a crescendo of natural vanilla. Finish encompasses moist ginger cake, passion fruit, baked apple, underpinned with gentle notes of roasted coffee.
