Opaque purple color with narrow violet rim. The nose begins with an unbridled wave of concentrated, dense cassis and black cherry combined with a sumptuous confection of molasses and dark chocolate.

As it develops, damson plum notes emerge from the seemingly impenetrable layer of dark red fruits followed by intoxicating herbal aromas and exotic notes of black pepper and sandalwood.

In the mouth the rich, delicious fruitiness of this wine combines with grainy, beautifully integrated tannins to produce an unbridled eruption of texture and flavour. The opulent black fruit flavours are seemingly endless and are lifted by a spicy freshness on the finish.
