Colour: Intensely Rich Walnut.

Nose: Cocoa, heather honey and gingerbread, with crystalised ginger, cinnamon buttercream and brandied orchard fruits.

Taste: Dark chocolate, honeycomb and butterscotch, followed by toasted cinnamon, raisin butter and dried red berries, with baking spices and mocha.
