Murray McDavid have selected to bottle two unique examples of this stylish Speysider, both completely matured in different styles of Sherry cask; here, they present the classic influences of Oloroso.

Nose: Treacle tart, red berries, clove

Palate: Cherry fudge, fig cake, orange oil

Finish: Long, malt loaf, sweet oak spice

As clear new make spirit, this Glenallachie was file. into a dry wine cask from Jerez. This viscous spirit has developed an alluring, deep copper tone and moreish spices have woven beautifully into this juicy single malt - a magical marriage of Spain and Speyside.
