Gonzalez Byass Solera 1847 Sherry

Solera 1847 has a dark and intense mahogany colour due to the Pedro Ximénez grape. Its aromas are reminiscent of raisins, vanilla and wood, On the palate, Solera 1847 is a delicate wine, with a soft hint of figs and raisins that ends with touches of caramel and wood with a slight evocation of nuts. Ideal as an aperitif with cheese or with desserts that are not excessively sweet, based on ice cream or fruit, as a dessert wine it goes very well with apple pie.
