Tasting Notes

Nose: Bright and clean with honeyed malt, lemon peel and buttery shortbread, followed by green apples and a whiff of fresh cut hay.

Palate: Orchard fruits up front - pear, white grape and a touch of banana - before things warm up with vanilla pods, toasted oats and a flicker of cracked black pepper.

Finish: Medium-long. Drying gently with citrus zest, faint almond and a lingering echo of sweet malt.
