Lochlea Fallow Edition (Third Crop) - Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Fallow Edition (Third Crop) is the third in a new and final set of four limited editions, marking the end of our Seasonal trilogy. Lochlea have matured their signature Lochlea spirit in fresh 1st-fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, and the liquid is one year older than the 2023 Edition. The different cask makeup highlights our distillery’s progression as the last in the popular sherry influenced Fallow trilogy.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Delightful baked apple and sweet medjool dates
Palate: Manuka honey and nutty fresh malted bread
Finish: Rich buttery sandalwood oils and mixed peppercorn
