Mountadam Eden Valley Riesling

The Mountadam Riesling is a classic High Eden Riesling. It displays an intense purity of fruit with kaffir lime leaf, grapefruit and red apples combined with a floral lift. The wine has a pithy texture and a spine of acidity that leads to a salivating minerality on the finish.
