Pencarrow Pinot Noir

Colour - A deep ruby colour in the glass.
Aroma - A warm and inviting nose of ripe plum, dark cherry, charred oak and lifted rose petals.
Palate - A plush and silky masterpiece on the palate, the 2020 Pencarrow Pinot Noir is not backwards in coming forward. Ripe and rounded, with an admirable structure of ultra-fine tannins, the mid-palate is studded with dark berry fruits, hints of cured meat and smoky complexity. The finish is long and satisfying, revealing further nuance and layers with time in the glass.
Food Pairing - A great match with Peking Duck, as well as pork belly and beef.
