Overview: Named after the Demon of Lust, this project by Riccardo Campinoti  delivers a rich, opulent, and pleasurable style resembling Syrah. 

               
The Profile: Dark garnet colour. Enticing aromas of dark plum, anise, leather, and black cherry, giving way to a warm, peppery, liquorice-driven finish with soft tannins.                   
 
Technical Spec & Drinking Window: Destemmed, cold-soaked for 4 days, and aged 6 months in used 500L French tonneaux. 13% ABV.
