Port of Leith Distillery - Manzanilla Sherry

Like Port of Leith, many whisky fans adore whiskies that have been matured in ex-Sherry casks. So Port of Leith thought they'd talk about the Sherry. 

Sourced from Bodegas Baron, a 480 year old producer with a very modern outlook, Port of Leith selected this utterly delicious Manzanilla wine. 

It is made in the same style as Fino sherry; bone dry, with fresh citrus, nutty and doughy flavours that linger on your palate.
