Tasting Notes
Colour: Dark amber.
Nose: Rich roast coffee aromas give way to fruitcake, subtle spice and beeswax polish notes. Treacle toffee and charred oak with a hint of dark chocolate truffle.
Taste: Smooth with dried fig, dark cherries and orange peel followed by dark chocolate flavours tempered by cracked black pepper and charred oak.
Finish: Full bodied finish revealing lasting hints of oak and liquorice.
