This collaboration beer has been made with the Stonehaven Fireballs Association. The Fireballs are a traditional Hogmanay event to celebrate the New Year at midnight by people swinging flaming balls of fire around their heads up the high street in Stonehaven. Folklore says this act would ward off bad spirits and ensure that a prosperous fishing year would follow.
