Rock Rose Citrus Coastal Gin

Incredibly smooth and delectably sweet with a delicious salted edge

The third in our limited edition Creative Collection series – each one with a uniquely designed label featuring works commissioned from artists based in the Scottish Highlands. We have taken inspiration from our Caithness coastline to create this very different and most unusual gin! Distilled using kelp, locally foraged by Shore Seaweed, and liquorice salt from Hebridean Mustard Company. The artwork was created by Kelly Munro, Scottish artist and jeweller, originally from the small fishing town of Wick. Her most recent collection is inspired by the drifting tides of Caithness and seaweeds found on the northern Scottish coastline. Our Coastal Edition is made in Elizabeth our traditional vapour infusion still.
