The Marlborist Chardonnay, Marlborough, 2023

Overview: Produced by an artisanal, low-intervention project focused  on re-establishing Marlborough as a world-class territory for complex wild-fermented Chardonnay.

The Profile: Striking reductive funk (gunflint) combined with ripe white peach, roasted almond, and toasted brioche notes. High-intensity citrus core with a creamy, textured, oak-influenced finish.

Technical Spec & Drinking Window: Wild yeast fermentation, aged in French oak puncheons with regular lees stirring.
