Ventisquero Reserva Sauvignon Blanc (BIN END)

This vibrant Reserva was given special treatment, with ageing on its lees, which brings an extra layer of complexity. Crystal-clear, pale yellow with light green hues. The nose reveals a blend of citrus and tropical fruit, such as limes, grapefruits, pineapples and pears, complemented by floral notes and a hint of minerality. It drinks beautifully with good acidity and that extra character on the palate from the lees ageing.
