Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec

Veuve Cliquot Demi-Sec is a tribute to the taste of the nineteenth century consumers for sweeter champagnes and offers today multiple experiences due to its roundness and aromatic richness.

As with all Veuve Clicquot blends, Demi-Sec is predominantly Pinot Noir (50%), which gives the champagne its strength. The pursuit of distinct fruit flavors means that there is a higher level of Meunier (30%) in the blend than would typically be found in Yellow Label, for example, and Chardonnay completes the blend (20%). The inclusion of up to 45% reserve wines ensures the consistency of the Veuve Clicquot style. The 3 years aging in our Crayères brings silkiness to the Champagne. Finally, a dosage of 45 g/L gives Demi-Sec the final balance of flavours. Contains sulphites.
