Made entirely from Irish 'Propino' malted barley which has been grown by Martin Foley, the whisky has been ageds for over 3 years and 8 months in multiple cask types including first-fill, virgin US & French oak.
Waterford's Single Farm Origin series is a range of limited edition whiskies that explore Irish "teireoir" - using the barley from one farm at a time.
A rich texture with notes of earthy maltiness, salted caramel, citrus peel, clove, white pepper, ginger biscuits and a slight touch of salted popcorn with a long oily finish.
